Changes, by nature, create complexity and uncertainty. Organizations and people are required to adapt efficiently, but, are organizations managing change in a way that is inclusive, successful and adapted to each person? Could it be controlled? Does it take into account how it is affecting each person?
Throughout the Lean Change Management workshop, you will learn how to manage change so that it is more adaptive and fluid in order to achieve effective and successful change. Lean Change is a change management framework that uses innovative practices, it's based on Lean and Agile values and principles and applies tools and techniques from other methods, such as Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
